Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Minimal wait time(less than 5 minutes). The entire experience was pleasant. While I was not nervous , I could tell that the staff would put anyone who was feeling nervous quickly at ease. I was told by colleagues who had previously had the same testing done that it would take about 3-3 1/2 hours but I was in and out in 2 1/2.
