Getting my medications is never an issue; which makes a big difference when I used to run out of them before due to not having prescriptions. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Mrs Bainum is the nicest Dr. I’ve ever had. She takes her time with you. I’ve seen others before but she has a lot of questions like most do. She always talk about any new my newer problems. She’s great and I get to talk to her thru zoom every time. Which helps so much. Because I can’t drive.

I was recommended by a colleague and after so many failed attempts at help I finally found someone that asked the correct questions and wasn't focused on medicating me but really helping me! Thank you Jennifer!

Severely depressed, I wasn't sure that I could be helped; but Ms. Bainum gave me more hope in an hour than I've had in forever. She reviewed my file & truly listened to my concerns. She then created a treatment plan that far surpassed anything before. I sobbed after my appt, as I finally feel like I'm not alone & that there's someone who's going to truly advocate for me to find myself again. While I know it's not a quick fix, I feel I can breathe a bit easier now. Highly recommend Ms. Bainum.
