I recently visited the Urgent Care located at the local People's Drugstore to be treated for a severe outbreak of poison ivy lesions. I saw Jennifer Williams online and she prescribed me a steroid to help get rid of the rednShow moreess, itching, weeping and irritation. She gave me Prednisone 20 mg tablets to take twice a day for five days plus a refill to use as needed. I have only taken two tablets so far but it send to be helping ease the prickliness and oozing and reduce the chances of spread.
Both my husband and I truly appreciate the care we receive from Jennifer and her staff. She always takes the time to listen and ensures all our concerns addressed thoroughly. We feel that they really go the extra mile with the nShow moreecessary procedures to resolve any issues we have. Another thing we value is their promptness-whenever we call, her office responds quickly, and were able to schedule appointments without any trouble. It's reassuring to know we can get the care we need right away.

Jennifer is the only person who listens . I will not go to anyone else . Her communication is top notch!

2nd visit with Jennifer. First was shingles, second a style. She was very informative as explaining everything to me. The meds prescribed by her treated and resolved issues. And on top of that, she was very pleasant to interact with.

Excellent Customer Service from the time you walk in. The entire staff works to make sure all your needs and concerns are addressed. Jennifer is great to work with. She listens and addresses your issues and concerns quickly and pays special attention to all the details. I feel like I am receiving exceptional care instead of being run through the fast food line to Band-Aid issues. Very refreshing to work with people that are invested in finding root causes and addressing those.
