The only concern I have is not being able to make direct contact to the office to speak with a person or doctor concerning or addressing my well-being. I feel one should be able to make calls to get an immediate response than having to wait minutes or hours later. Other than that, Dr. Brooks is caring and understanding. Most of all she is knowledgeable and will find a solution to a woman’s need and health.
This was my first visit. The staff and Dr. Brooks made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Brooks listened to my concerns and involved me in plan she established for me.
