Jennifer Grover, RD,LDN

Jenni Grover is our Founder and Director of Nutrition. She has been working to improve health outcomes and increase awareness of nutrition and lifestyle medicine throughout her 13+ years of experience as a practicing RD. She is a certified practitioner of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and is trained in Integrative Nutrition and weight management. Her goal is to empower Whole Health providers to create practical, individualized plans—developed in collaboration with the patient and their PCP—that work for each individual and their specific environment. That includes taking into account health needs, family dynamics, food preferences, cultural considerations, work schedules and more. As the mother of two foodie kids, and with a carb-loving husband, she has worked hard to develop fun, engaging ways to encourage everyone to eat well and live a little healthier. She believes that our society needs to invest in strong, preventive health and nutrition programs for all.
