Dr. Jennifer T. Jones is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience in providing comprehensive primary care to adult patients. Dr. Jones is dedicated to helping her patients live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives.
She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Jones completed her internship at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York, and went on to complete her internal medicine residency at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center at Pennsylvania State University.
Dr. Jones chose internal medicine and primary care because of her passion for building lasting relationships with patients and supporting them through every stage of adult life. Dr. Jones takes an osteopathic approach to her care but does not provider Osteopathic Manipulation Services. She finds joy in helping solve medical problems that improve her patients' quality of life and is continually inspired by their resilience and dedication to wellness.

Dr jones is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I’m glad I saw her . It’s good to have a dr I can call while we are in NH should I have any health issues. The wait was quite long but they explained to me they are using a new computer system so it’s slowing them done. The staff is very friendly and helpful if I had any questions. I will definitely let people know about her and the practice and look forward to going back for my FU in the summer.
Dr Mandel was pleasant and thorough with her examination and ordered labs and x-rays to get to the bottom of my issues.
Dr. Jones stands out because she really takes time to listen carefully to my health concerns, order tests and suggest appropriate treatment. She quickly figured out what was ailing me, when my previous PCP didn't connect the dots. I can tell that Dr. Jones draws from decades of experience and rigorous training. At the same time, she puts the Care in the Primary Care Provider.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jennifer Jones, who will be my PCP. I was happy with the visit. Dr. Jones was refreshingly candid and thorough, injecting appropriate humor that put me at ease. She reviewed my history and suggested next steps to resolve an urgent matter, including orders for necessary tests to be completed. Dr. Jones offered practical advice about several routine tests that older people may assume that they no longer need, explaining that my own circumstances should be considered and not just statistics that may not apply to me.
I recently moved to the area from out of state and needed to establish care with a new Primary Care Physician as soon as possible. After doing quite a bit of research I came across SNHIMA, gave them a call and got established with Dr. Jennifer Jones right away. I was very nervous about starting over with a new Dr., especially when it meant having to be vulnerable with a new person, but let me tell you something, with Dr. Jones I immediately felt at home, like I had been seeing her for some time rather than for the first time. She is very warm, personable, friendly, and caring. I am happy to call Dr. Jones my new PCP.

It’s to early really to tell if a person is truly genuine. But, my first impression of Dr. Jones she is personable, engaging just knowing what matters and if they were any concerns about my overall health present and past. I like her very much so and feel relaxed in her present.also I think the office is quite nice too. Location is perfect for me I live in Derry and there is lots of parking spaces.

Dr Jennifer T Jones has been my (PCP) for over 20 yrs, she gives excellent medical care & concern; for example in January 2022 Dr Jones was the first line of the Medical team for evaluation & diagnosis of my need for going in an ambulance to ER at CMC hospital for more evaluation of my Heart, I was tested & lab work resulted in my needing a Quintuple (5) CABG (by-pass) with Dr Westbrook. I wanted honest, straight logical support without pushing Big Pharma propaganda. She took the time needed, as a new patient, and provided it as I expect a real Dr. to be. She is the one I have been searching for. I am thankful to find her.
