Dr Jennifer T Jones has been my (PCP) for over 20 yrs, she gives excellent medical care & concern; for example in January 2022 Dr Jones was the first line of the Medical team for evaluation & diagnosis of my need for going in an aShow morembulance to ER at CMC hospital for more evaluation of my Heart, I was tested & lab work resulted in my needing a Quintuple (5) CABG (by-pass) with Dr Westbrook. I was very nervous about starting over with a new Dr., especially when it meant having to be vulnerable with a new person, but let me tell you something, with Dr. Jones I immediately felt at home, like I had been seeing her for some time rather than for the first time. She is very warm, personable, friendly, and caring. I am happy to call Dr. Jones my new PCP.
Dr. Jennifer T. Jones is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience in providing comprehensive primary care to adult patients. Dr. Jones is dedicated to helping her patients live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives.
She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Jones completed her internship at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York, and went on to complete her internal medicine residency at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center at Pennsylvania State University.
Dr. Jones chose internal medicine and primary care because of her passion for building lasting relationships with patients and supporting them through every stage of adult life. She finds joy in helping solve medical problems that improve her patients' quality of life and is continually inspired by their resilience and dedication to wellness.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jennifer Jones, who will be my PCP. I was happy with the visit. Dr. Jones was refreshingly candid and thorough, injecting appropriate humor that put me at ease. She reviewed my history and suggested next steps to resolve an urgent matter, including orders for necessary tests to be completed. Dr. Jones offered practical advice about several routine tests that older people may assume that they no longer need, explaining that my own circumstances should be considered and not just statistics that may not apply to me.

Very caring and thoughtful - she took her time and was thorough.
It’s to early really to tell if a person is truly genuine. But, my first impression of Dr. Jones she is personable, engaging just knowing what matters and if they were any concerns about my overall health present and past. I like her very much so and feel relaxed in her present.also I think the office is quite nice too. Location is perfect for me I live in Derry and there is lots of parking spaces.

Dr Jones does not rush through the appointment and answers all of my questions. She listens to my concerns and gives me the opportunity to make informed decisions.

Shannon took her time listening to me, the patient, and reviewing previous notes/records. Reviewed w/me what tests needed for complete physical. I did not feel rushed at all during the visit. Very pleasant, caring, supportive and though!

Very caring, kept checking in which was great.
Great experience with NP Shannon. Had a load of pain in my left molar, blood from the gums and a sore throat too. She prescribed the right meds that killed the germs, and I felt a lot better. Also, she called my dentist to arrange for a new temp. cap on my sore tooth which all worked out tremendously. Thanks Shannon and great job. Jim
