Jennifer Lanczak

Jennifer is kind and is not off-putting like some doctors. She was easy to talk to, listened to my concerns and provided support. She gave me a plan for getting off one of my meds, if I ever choose to do that. So far I am very pleased to have her.

Jennifer is great!! When she saw my son for his appt she was thoughtful in asking him questions. I very much appreciated her asking him what his goals where in his mental health journey. And the direct question in regard to his anxiety goal. What having less anxiety might look like. Such as going back to in-person school, feeling comfortable at family functions, etc. Jennifer is very kind and thoughtful. We really appreciate her!!! Defiantly recommend Serenity Bay Health.
