She explained everything completely and how it was going to be done and what the expectations were when it was over two days out four days out and what to expect if it doesn’t heal properly I was very happy with Jennifer’s professionalism

I always feel like Jennifer knows me and I feel like I can ask her anything and I have gone to her for quite a few years. She makes you feel comfortable so is easy to ask questions and she is thoughtful about her answers.

Jen is always so wonderful. Hands down the best doctor I’ve been to.
I haven’t been to the Dr’s in over 10 years and my first time back couldn’t have gone better. Jennifer listened to everything I had to say and helped me better understand all my concerns and guided me in the right direction for each issue. She is very honest and easy to talk to and be open and honest with great calm energy and has your best interest at heart . I definitely feel confident and secure in my decision of making her my primary care DR.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Napora. From the moment you walk in, you feel heard, respected, and truly cared for. She takes the time to listen, explain clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. It’s rare to find such professionalism and compassion in one provider. I always leave feeling confident and grateful to be in such capable hands.

Most doctors hear my symptoms and start Googling ‘how to fake your own death.’ Not this legend. She listened, she cared, and she didn’t even flinch when I said my body’s running on trauma, spite, and maybe a cursed thyroid. She’s got the patience of a saint and the diagnostic accuracy of a Marvel villain with a redemption arc. Five stars for not backing away slowly when I said I’m basically Deadpool with a better skincare routine
Jen is thoughtful, careful, down to earth and caring. She’s takes her time to get to know you and listen to your concerns. She’s very good at communicating with you via phone/email/txt messages. Jen made me feel very comfortable and she took more time than most providers do.
Jenn and shelly care and listened to my problems and gave a detailed explanation for everything. I was very satisfied with the care I received.
