Jennifer is just amazing! She listens to your needs and will do everything in her power to get you what you need. She used to be self pay for patients who don't have insurance or who can't afford medical care which is where we staShow morerted but now that we have insurance she has worked really hard to start taking insurance. Anytime we need an appointment she fits us in when we need, even if that means we wait (which we never have). I can't say enough good things about this office including the staff!!
We showed up this evening at 5:50. The office closes at 6. I felt terrible for being there last minute but Jennifer and her staff were still accommodating and saw all three of my boys. She took her time with each of them and listeShow morened to our concerns. All three ended up needing antibiotics after all and had she not fit us in last minute then we would’ve had to go through another night of misery. I can’t say how much we appreciated her tonight! It’s obvious she truly cares. Very highly recommend!

Dr. Jennifer was thorough, didn't rush our visit, and accessed my issues. She was kind, reassuring, seemed to listen and care about me. She prescribed the medicine, gave me a letter for work return date, and asked me to call her in a couple days to let her know how things were going. I am very pleased with her professionalism, the no waiting, the friendly staff, and highly recommend her.

I can't believe I just found out about this Kountry Healthcare. The NP, Jennifer, is very impressive. She's an excellent listener and spends time with you. I appreciate that she actually shares the price of the tests she recommends. No doctor's office I've ever been to even knows what things cost. Outstanding!
I have high anxiety going to the doctor, but from the minute i walked into the office i felt so comfortable. I sincerely appreciate the welcoming energy. Sheffler was incredibly thorough. She won my trust over quickly by being open & honest about my treatment plan & including me in it. Will be going back in the future.

We went there to try and get stitches in my husband's arm . He had the air conditioner fan hit his forearm. That was the nicest , friendliest, and sufficient clinic we have ever been too! The wait was short and the care was excellent. Thank Jenifer sheffler for your wonderful bedside manner!

She takes her time to explain everything and make sure that you understand everything inside and outside of that clinic. I love this place! Life changing. The staff are very professional yet make you feel so comfortable and confident. The Doc. Explains everything very simply and even after she calls to make sure I was okay and everything was working out. Very grateful for this clinic.
