I had an in clinic appointment today but couldn’t make it because of gas. They switched it a Telehealth appointment and I was still able to meet with her from home. She definitely makes me feel like she cares deeply about her patiShow moreents and I am so glad I have had the privilege of working with her to find what works for me. I’ve never felt such care from any clinic or staff the way I feel it from them. They are the absolute best. Jennifer can always tell when I’m not ok even when I say I’m ok.
As always, Jennifer was awesome. I had to do a urine sample, but she’s been out Monday to yesterday with a family emergency which are the days that she’s in Vicksburg. The girl up front was also amazing as always and had a TeleheaShow morelth appointment set up today so I could come and leave my urine sample and have an appointment with her the same day so I could get my anxiety medication. My son was with me and being fussy, and Jennifer was completely understanding of that. Definitely 5 stars!!

Everything was all good as expected. I mean like always every time I visit, especially when my little son be with me. We get treated very well and kind. I pray and hope they stay the way they are, because if all clinics could be like them. I believe more people would definitely try to go to the doctor more often. Thank y'all and please keep up the great work 💯

Doctor Smith and everyone at complete care are always so kind. They work around my busy work sheldule. I can truly talk to my doctor about any and everything in my life.

She’s so amazing. I have anxiety and my anxiety has kept me from calling to get help for my anxiety. I finally reached out and she has made me feel so comfortable and safe in the doctor-patient setting. She really makes me feel like she wants to help me get better. She is absolutely wonderful.
The session with the nurse went well and very informative. She was kind and patient. Very knowledgeable and skillful. She brought out things I hadn’t considered and encouraged me to further seek help for grandson. She treated him respectfully and listened to him with interest. We later had a private talk and she was kind and helpful to me.

Mrs Smith is wonderful . Always thoughtful and remembers the things we go over she always takes the time to remind me that its ok to not be 100 all the time and speaking with her is like talking with an old friend. Jennifer was incredibly from the very beginning. This was my second time ever participating in anything therapy related, and I carried a lot of anxiety and nervousness into my first session. However, she immediately made me feel comfortable and assured me that she was there solely for me as her patient. She’s relatable, compassionate, and truly skilled at what she does. I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone considering puttig thier mental health first.
