As a board-certified gynecologist, I have always felt deeply connected to my patients—they are my people. But as I entered perimenopause myself, I saw firsthand the lack of clear, evidence-based education in this space. The noise of misinformation and disinformation left women feeling confused, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to turn. I knew I had to change that, and I am so excited to bring this vision to life. I am here to be your guide through perimenopause and menopause. I listen, educate, and empower women to navigate this transition with confidence.
