She was great
I have never seen this provider before. She came into the examination room. Told me to change my IUD, gave me a pelvic exam and was leaving the room in under 6 minutes. Total for the entire visit for a patient she had never seen. She didn’t even ask me what I was there for or if I had any concerns. Then said you seem overwhelmed- wouldn’t most people be considering the absolute lack of bedside manner? This is a medical provide who is suppose to be addressing concerns and getting a little more information from their new patients. It’s sad really because other women will go there expecting care and will get whatever can be addressed in six minutes or less.

Amazing experience with Jenny. She’s very understanding and easy to talk to. She also consistently checks-in with you during your visit to make sure you feel comfortable.
I was very anxious before an appointment but all medical staff that assist me was very nice and professional. Then I met the doctor Monica Kapoor and all my fears are disappear. She explained to me the procedure, the findings and the treatment. I was relaxed and very grateful to all wonderful team. I get my prescribed medication this morning and I fill much better today. Jenny was respectful and listened to me. That is extremely important for gyn care. I have had some bad experiences in the past so it is especially important to find someone who is caring and a good communicator, she is both.

Short wait time, the front desk was nice the ambiance of thr office was pretty and clean. The MA was lovely and very efficient. The doctor had amazing bedside manner and was very knowledgeable.

I was really nervous due to a past negative experience but they made me feel comfortable and I'm really glad I found them. They answered all my questions, they were really kind, caring and gave a supportive environment. They made the actual exam as comfortable as they could, everything was explained before and during the process which helped a lot.

Barbara Sztukowski gave me one of the best experiences I have had at a Gynecology office. She was so knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. She refilled my prescription instantly and was very kind. I would recommend her to all she was really great!
