This was my first appointment with Dr. Jaffe and I was quite impressed. First of all let me say that his supporting staff was very professional and pleasant. The Doctor himself took time and listened to my concerns and came up witShow moreh an excellent plan on how to move forward. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having issues with ongoing pain and discomfort.

Jeremy Jaffe, MD, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, and Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Dr. Jaffe joined the team in 1996.
Since then, he has gained a reputation as a patient listener and effective communicator while providing a thoughtful, considerate, compassionate and comprehensive approach toward chronic pain management. He enjoys the challenge of first establishing each patient's primary pain generator and then creating an individualized multimodal approach to reduce pain and improve quality of life.
Dr. Jaffe's areas of subspecialty interest include mechanical low back pain and opioid dependence counseling and treatment. Dr. Jaffe is also a registered provider of medical marijuana certification in Pennsylvania. He spent over 20 years helping to train medical students and anesthesia residents in his capacity as Director of Medical Education for United Anesthesia Services-Abington Division. Dr. Jaffe currently serves as Vice President and Director of Human Resources for SEPA Pain Management.
He is a graduate of Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania. Dr. Jaffe received his medical school training at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. After completing an internship at Abington Hospital, he completed his residency in anesthesiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where the majority of his subspecialty training was devoted to pain management.
When not helping patients, Dr. Jaffe devotes a great deal of time to charitable causes, including his annual participation as co-chair for Rockin’ Docs for Diabetes Cure. His other interests include drumming, bicycling, playing tennis, and traveling.

I probably should have waited until after I had my EMG bc I didn’t really feel I was any further after the visit as far as options. I don’t think the MRI provided enough information as to what was going on in my back

Met with the nurse and my blood pressure met with a Nurse went over my my prescription then I saw the doctor and then had my epidural. I feel like a new man today.
We've been seeing Dr. Jaffe for around 30 years. Wouldn't willingly trust our Healthcare to anyone else.

Dr. Jaffe spent a lot of time explaining to me when he wants to get an x-ray of my left knee and my hip. He feels that there may be something going on with my nerves in that area. Thank you.

Dr. Jaffe is not only great at what he does, he is also very friendly and has a warm personality. I knew from my first visit that I was in capable hands. He takes time to listen to any questions and concerns that you may have. I would highly recommend Dr. Jaffe and I’m so glad someone did to me.
I needed a new renewal on my pain management card. I had not seen him in a year, due to medicine prescribed were working. Plus I entered into a pain management program, from my ob/gyn dr. Using ICR therapy and mind vibe for depression, med withdrawal, pain management and other diagnoses. Sharing medical systems that are new and work is what we need.
Dr Jung is the most knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever dealt with there’s no question I can’t ask him that he doesn’t come up with an answer. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always makes me feel welcome and comfortable.
Dr Jaffe makes you feel comfortable to speak about your pain and health issues. You’re freely able to discuss a game plan that maximizes and makes you feel your best, keeping your pain at bay, helping you to continue participating in the things you enjoy doing!!
Dr. Jaffe was informative, polite and thorough in his responses. I would recommend him. The timing on my appointment cause almost 2 hours to pass before I met with the doctor. I would recommend longer times between appointments. Your reminders for appointments are exceedingly annoying. I received three or four a day in calls, texts and on Healow. I was very annoyed by all the times I was expected to pay attention to the notices. And then, to be kept waiting so long past the appointed time to see the doctor was ludicrous. This needs to be fixed and is the reason for only four stars.
I have had nothing but positive news from Dr Jung and he has answered all my questions and has explained all my questions I believe to the best of his ability. I feel very comfortable and very safe having him as my doctor.
