Dr. Jaffe is always so personable & kind. He treats me like a colleague instead of a subject to be studied. He respects my own wealth of knowledge in my own body & respects that I DO know what I am talking about. I love learning fShow morerom him - he always takes the time to educate me on important matters, whether about my pain, or another health issue I may be dealing with. Even took the time to call me back to make sure he went over another side effect of the COVID meds I am currently taking. He is a spectacular doctor, a caring man, a true professional & I wish we could clone him so that he was training & teaching hundreds more younger doctors to be in this field. I saw Dr. Jaffe because I’ve had very bad and debilitating chronic pain for years from a road bike accident. He spent a long time with me during my first visit, really listening to me and understanding the pain I’ve been living wiShow moreth. Even with other patients to see, he took the time to be thorough with my extensive medical history and he didn’t finish the exam until he was sure I had no more questions. He came up with a treatment plan and explained it in a way that was easy for me to understand and feel confident about. I found him to be kind, intelligent, very knowledgeable and empathetic. I’m grateful to have been referred to him and I know that he’ll help make my life easier with less daily pain. We need more doctors like him!
Jeremy Jaffe, MD, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, and Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Dr. Jaffe joined the team in 1996.
Since then, he has gained a reputation as a patient listener and effective communicator while providing a thoughtful, considerate, compassionate and comprehensive approach toward chronic pain management. He enjoys the challenge of first establishing each patient's primary pain generator and then creating an individualized multimodal approach to reduce pain and improve quality of life.
Dr. Jaffe's areas of subspecialty interest include mechanical low back pain and opioid dependence counseling and treatment. Dr. Jaffe is also a registered provider of medical marijuana certification in Pennsylvania. He spent over 20 years helping to train medical students and anesthesia residents in his capacity as Director of Medical Education for United Anesthesia Services-Abington Division. Dr. Jaffe currently serves as Vice President and Director of Human Resources for SEPA Pain Management.
He is a graduate of Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania. Dr. Jaffe received his medical school training at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. After completing an internship at Abington Hospital, he completed his residency in anesthesiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where the majority of his subspecialty training was devoted to pain management.
When not helping patients, Dr. Jaffe devotes a great deal of time to charitable causes, including his annual participation as co-chair for Rockin’ Docs for Diabetes Cure. His other interests include drumming, bicycling, playing tennis, and traveling.

Not a long wait at all. Doctor and scribe were both attentive and gave me all the time I needed (a lot) with concerns about upcoming procedure to be scheduled. I asked for progress notes and they gave them to me on the spot sinc the scribe was typing while I was discussing everything with the doctor.
I have been seeing Dr Jaffe for quite some time. He is such a nice person with an exceptional bedside manner. He takes the time to, not only listen, but answer your questions thoroughly.
For 25 years I’ve been suffering with severe chronic back pain I’ve been searching for a good doctor that would care and be understanding And explain many options. This doctor really cares about his patience. Also, he has explained different surgery options that were never presented to me before. Surgery is always a difficult situation, but I truly Believe this doctor really cares and only does it at the last resort not just for money like many other doctors

Everything was great except the wait in the examination room. My appointment was at 2:30 and the doctor and his scribe did not come back in until almost 3:30.
Dr Jaffe is kind and listens to your medical problems that is causing you lots of pain. I need two hip replacements and two knee replacements. But first I had loose weight. I have to loose around ten more pounds. The pain has been getting worse and worse . So I take pain medicine as prescribed.
