Took my sick 5 year old grandson there because he was feeling terrible. We literally walked in, got seen, got a shot and a prescription was called in. Total time under 30 minutes. We highly recommend and will definitely continue to see Jessica and Sandalysa again. No insurance hassles or claims to file. Stress free visit. Best urgent care in Sevier County!
Definitely recommend! Was in a pickle without insurance until the first of the next month and someone told me about the urgent care here at Tennessee spine! Was seen and out the door within 20 minutes! She was very friendly and gave me what I needed for my sinus infection!
I have a fear of needles from a nurse breaking one in my leg when I was younger. I didn’t even feel it when Jessica gave me my shot. She’s awesome.
My son wasn’t feeling well and we were trying to figure out where to go that we could have a quick visit and get back to work. We were in and out within 15 minutes with a full work up and strep test ran! Jessica is very efficient and knowledgeable. So thankful to have this new urgent care. We have really good insurance and it’s worth paying cash just to have the convenience of this location.
