Jessica was calm, incredibly knowledgeable , and completely noShow moren-judgmental - exactly what every parent hopes for in their child’s medical care. It can be overwhelming navigating the medical world, but his practice made us feel well supported and confident that they had our child’s best interest in mind. A breath of fresh air!

The facility is clean and beautiful. Ms. Jessica gives us her undivided attention and we don’t feel rushed. It was a very pleasant experience, both for me and my granddaughter.

Sanctuary Pediatrics is true to its name. From the initial scheduling and onboarding as a new patient, to the check in process, and the visit, it was a calm and easy process. It is clear that Dr. Jessica Donaldson and her staff care about children and work hard to provide the individualized care needed. Dr. Donaldson took time to answer our many questions and thoroughly explained what we needed to know. We feel very blessed to have found this practice!

Jessica is friendly, knowledgeable, and I can tell her heart for children in how she treated my newborn. She didn’t take him from us to do what she needed, she let us help her handle him which was encouraging. I look forward to our next appointments!

Dr Donaldson was fantastic! She was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and made my daughter, who was a bit scared, feel so safe. I also love that she listens to parents and lets us drive what we think is best for our kiddos while offering her expertise. Overall, we are thrilled to have found this doctor!
