Jessica Pech, APNP

Jessica Pech is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Magnolia Sage Psychiatry. She believes that mental health care is most effective when it is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. She takes time to understand each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals, partnering with patients to develop thoughtful treatment plans that align with their values and support long-term well-being. Her approach integrates evidence-based interventions while respecting each individual's preferences. Jessica is committed to creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, creating beautiful spaces both indoors and outdoors, and embracing the balance between nature, wellness, and meaningful connection that inspires the Magnolia Sage philosophy.
