My experience was 3 stars as I had an appointment for 330 and wasn’t seen till 430. When I arrived, the lobby was full and I asked the lady at the desk if they were backed up and running behind and her response was no. Well thaShow moret was a lie. People had waiting longer than me. Would rather see a dr turn people away because they are seeing patients than try to cram as many as they can in a day. My appointment lasted 10 min and was rushed. I was also asked by the tech to put my feet flat in the ground so they could take my BP with a manual blood pressure cuff. Well that doesn’t make a difference (I have 25 years experience) and she said I had an odd number for my BP (manual cuffs don’t read odd numbers). So think the techs need to be re-trained.

Even with the extended wait time which is posted on the door when you walk in the staff is amazing. Dr. Patel listened to all my concerns asked lots of questions and was very proactive in scheduling needed tests and even had the tests scheduled quickly along with the follow up.
