My experience was 3 stars as I had an appointment for 330 and wasn’t seen till 430. When I arrived, the lobby was full and I asked the lady at the desk if they were backed up and running behind and her response was no. Well thaShow moret was a lie. People had waiting longer than me. Would rather see a dr turn people away because they are seeing patients than try to cram as many as they can in a day. My appointment lasted 10 min and was rushed. I was also asked by the tech to put my feet flat in the ground so they could take my BP with a manual blood pressure cuff. Well that doesn’t make a difference (I have 25 years experience) and she said I had an odd number for my BP (manual cuffs don’t read odd numbers). So think the techs need to be re-trained.

The office personnel was patient informative and polite. The doctor himself was in totally patient gave me every answer to every question thorough I’m gonna make sure that everything is taken care of examined so that they can give me a clean bill of health and fix problems that I might have I am confident in this doctor in this practice I can see why they’re so very very busy. The office is very professional but also friendly. Dr Patel is great. He takes his time to explain things to me. I am looking forward to living a normal life once again as I am having a procedure to help me to get rid of my bowel incontinence. Stay tuned for an update in May.

It was a very pleasant experience as I only needed to get results for a test I had & it was quick.i was asked if I had any questions to ask & then I was transferred to one of the front desk employees to schedule a future appointment
Really like Dr Jignesh Patel, he was professional and caring. I saw Dr. Patel while being in the hospital. Once I got out I had a follow up with his office, he made me feel like he was there to help me heal. I Would recommend him and his office to others.
