I always feel like the staff truly cares about me. I received a bill from tests before an operation. These tests were necessary for the operation, insurance did not cover it. Jill was apologizing yet, she had nothing to fo with itShow more. She looked into it for me and had an explanation, not one either of us liked however, it is what Jill did for me. I am 70 I have the utmost faith in Jill and Nova.
I first met Jill back in 2015 and she has since been my primary care provider from Marshfield Clinic to Nova Integrated Care. I will follow this wonderful lady anywhere. Nova Integrated Care takes the complications out of visiting one’s doctor. Appointment was made easily. Even though it was requested on a non business day, Saturday, Jill got back to me and got me set up right away for a Monday morning appointment. Diagnosis was quick and informative…I get educated each time I’ve come in. Thank you!
Jill is the best. I’ve been doctoring with her for years. I followed her here and have received the best treatment. I had a health issue that she could help fast track treatment which warranted less continued needed care. She’s so knowledgeable and has great communication. Highly recommend Jill and her team.

I am so pleased with Nova Integrated Care and my provider Jill. It is refreshing to have a clinic focus on wellness, not illness. The atmosphere is laid back, yet all the staff and providers are very professional and truly care about their patients. BRAVO Nova!!!

My overall experience at Nova Integrated is very good. I would recommend their care to others. I have been able to check in right away upon arrival and usually only have to wait for 5 minutes, sometimes less than 5 minutes. Once roomed, I have waited 5-10 minutes which I appreciate. I feel that both Ramsey and Jill listen when I talk with them. I appreciate that I am able to text or email Jill with questions or concerns.
I cried and that's ok
No waiting. The nurse who took vitals was very professional but still human! Jill is very thorough and make sure to cover other treatments. We value her input very highly. Would recommend her highly to anyone seeking medical professionalism.

Awesome experience! This type of medicine is so much better than the traditional. Being able to get in and be seen and talk about a plan for healing as amazing. I can't say enough good things about the group here at Nova and Jill.
When going through some of the worse you can go through i have so appreciated that my dr. goes above and beyond to show caring and understanding to help me slowly go through the pain. I trust her completely and that means alot. I'm glad I'm treated as a person not a number.
Jill really cares her patients. She doesn’t rush make sure your question and concerns are addressed
To start with I’m not big on the whole medical thing. However knowing that you must at some point in life get a baseline of your health. It’s a necessity and Jill is excellent at putting one at ease, explaining things and putting a plan together you can fallow.
