Wait time in waiting room was literally 2 minutes. Staff was very courteous, friendly and welcoming. Nurse was very kind and gentle with taking vitals and thorough with reviewing medication history and signing intake papers. Show more Support staff was also kind and thorough with explaining intake documents and getting the signatures they needed to authorize release of medical records. Provider (Jill) is amazing! She is kind and thorough when explaining things in a way that is easy to understand.
I first met Jill back in 2015 and she has since been my primary care provider from Marshfield Clinic to Nova Integrated Care. I will follow this wonderful lady anywhere. She has great bedside manner she listens and she’ll even invShow moreestigate to help. Whatever is the issue. She’ll truly put a smile on your face when you’re there.

Jill is a warm welcome to health care in today's ever moving medical/personal health care world. She reminds me of our old fashion local family doctor we grew up with for some of us old timers! Honesty, straight forward, and caring about my health and listening to me to help continue a healthy lifestyle.

Nova Integrated Care takes the complications out of visiting one’s doctor. Appointment was made easily. Even though it was requested on a non business day, Saturday, Jill got back to me and got me set up right away for a Monday morning appointment. Diagnosis was quick and informative…I get educated each time I’ve come in. Thank you!

I am so pleased with Nova Integrated Care and my provider Jill. It is refreshing to have a clinic focus on wellness, not illness. The atmosphere is laid back, yet all the staff and providers are very professional and truly care about their patients. BRAVO Nova!!!

My overall experience at Nova Integrated is very good. I would recommend their care to others. I have been able to check in right away upon arrival and usually only have to wait for 5 minutes, sometimes less than 5 minutes. Once roomed, I have waited 5-10 minutes which I appreciate. I feel that both Ramsey and Jill listen when I talk with them. I appreciate that I am able to text or email Jill with questions or concerns.
