Dr Jill always listens to concerns i have thoroughly. I dont feel rushed like at a normal 15min mainstream Dr. She always provides good information and feedback. We appreciate having the Nova team looking after us.

In the past it has been rare that I got to leave a medical appointment feeling heard, confident in the decisions made, and like there were backup plans incase my needs changed. I am so thankful I get to experience all these things and access them in my local community. 11/10 stars.
