About Dr. Jina Nocera, MD

Dr. Nocera attended Columbia University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society and graduated with magna cum laude. She then obtained her medical degree at University of Pennsylvania, where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Society. She then completed internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital as well as Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Nocera’s interests broadened to the field of addition medicine, having seen the toll that opioid use disorder can take in individuals and families. She is dedicated in helping people with opioid use disorder regain control and thrive in their lives. In addition, she also specializes in symptom management with the benefit of medical cannabis.
