The doctor was excellent. The only issue I had was I made sure I was 15 min early to my appt I got there at 3:15pm for a 3:30pm appointment I had all my paperwork already completed and it took until 4pm to get called to go back when asked by another receptionist how long I had been waiting the staff member that had originally checked me in said they had to reboot their computer I'm sorry but 45min is not acceptable I was late picking my 6 year old up after school I think he just forgot me

The system on the tablet is somewhat complicated and may be difficult for some people to use. If it could be provided on paper with short and clear questions, it would be easier to understand and respond to. I hope this can be considered if possible.
