Went on for an allergy injection but that am felt like I was getting a UTI infection. They immediately ordered a urine sample, called in the antibiotic & suggested the bladder spasm OTC pain reliever & said they would calShow morel me next day with results. I picked up OtTC AZO & had immediate relief. Pharmacy texted 2 hrs later. Picked up prescription, next 9am office called, start antibiotic, have beginnings of infection & would call in 2-3 days re culture results & if diff antibiotic needed.
Love her! My husband sees her too. We tend to refer to her as mama Joan, cause that’s how much she cares about us. I had seen at least 7 doctors (including an endocrinologist) and none of them got my diabetes under control. My numShow morebers are now at a non-diabetic level. That’s almost unheard of (and no metformin, which wasn’t working, and no insulin). I will sing her praises forever.

I always appreciate Joan's candor and time. Questions are answered and conerns are addressed. I do struggle with getting an appointment. It is a long wait. Recently I called the front desk and made an appointment to see Joan, an error was made and I was booked with the wrong provider. Joan's assitant was wonderful and was able to reschedule.
