Joann is patient and caring. She understands your needs and if the issues are beyond her capabilities, refers you to a fully qualified
Joan always takes the time to listen. She asks appropriate questions to get all the answers, then deals with the problem. If needed, she’ll suggest that the patient sees a specialist with more expertise in that field. We’ve been with her over 30 years, both my husband and I.
