JoAnn Dutko, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Rural Health Corporation of Northeastern Pennsylvania. The practice has 12 convenient locations in Northeastern Pennsylvania. 

Passionate about providing comprehensive family care, JoAnn has over 25 years of experience in primary care and family practice. She assists the doctors at Rural Health Corporation of Northeastern Pennsylvania with all aspects of family health while diagnosing and treating patients of all ages.

She entered the medical field by first earning her Bachelor of Science in biology at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She then earned her bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In addition to her physician assistant certification issued by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, JoAnn is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants.

She looks forward to working with new and existing patients at Rural Health Corporation of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
