I have only one problem with my visits I enjoy them so much i forget to tell her what I really am there for of course the really important things are covered but some things that are new i forget to tell so next time I have to wriShow morete it down so I don’t forget. I know I can call but it wasn’t that serious . Im just getting really old and problems pop up like a teens pimples. lol but Joanne and her staff are wonderful caring people. I arrived early and still didn’t have to wait very long to see Joanna. She is always kind, caring and a very good listener. I have referred several of my friends to her and they all like her as much as I do. She takes her time aShow morend doesn’t rush through the appointment. Joanna also has a great staff who are competent and when they say they will take care of something for you, they do what needs to be done.

Joanna is very thorough, takes her time and evaluates the whole patients concerns. I feel as if all my needs and concerns were meant with care, compassion and addressed promptly.
I suspected I had Shingles. I called her office at 5pm on Wednesday, left a message and they called me first thing Thursday morning and was seen at 9am. That is what I call GREAT SERVICE! If you are searching for a new practice I highly recommend Joanna 100%.

Since becoming a patient, I have been so grateful for the professionalism and caring attitude of all the staff! Recently, for the first time, I had a concern and was a morning "walk-in." I was seen and my concerns were addressed. I appreciate having a primary care practice that is responsive. It was so much better than going to an urgent care center. I am glad to hear the practice will soon be open on Fridays.
