I have only one problem with my visits I enjoy them so much i forget to tell her what I really am there for of course the really important things are covered but some things that are new i forget to tell so next time I have to wriShow morete it down so I don’t forget. I know I can call but it wasn’t that serious . Im just getting really old and problems pop up like a teens pimples. lol but Joanne and her staff are wonderful caring people. It's actually a pleasure to go to the doctor. Dr. Robertson and her staff listen, explain and work with you for your health needs. So nice to find a great doctor in a place where there is a severe doctor shortage.

Absolutely amazing doctor! I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in. She took the time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to get to the root cause of my issues rather than simply treating the symptoms. The only bad thing I can say is that I wish I had found her sooner! I’m so grateful to have found a doctor who truly cares about her patients. I cannot recommend her enough!

Such a wonderful office and caring staff. We love Joanna and she spent so much time with us on our first visit. She was thoughtful, kind and very thorough.
After making a major move from FL to DE, I had to totally rebuild my healthcare- new PCP and team. The stress of starting anew was immense (especially after a highly negative FL physician experience). And, I was possibly the most ill I have ever been. But from the first communication with Michele, a good vibe emanated. Then, after the first visit with Joanna, a relief came over me. I have never felt more safe, cared for, and collaborated with as a patient than I have at BIM & MHC.
