Very professional staff! This is my first time switching from my original OBGYN. I didn’t realize how awful my previous Dr. was until I received the great treatment I did coming to Elite OBGYN. I felt that my previous Dr. pushed mShow moree to make decisions based on his beliefs, but, Today, Dr. Kushlak made what I wanted a priority without question or judgement. Also, being that I have people important to me in my life who are LGBTQ+, I appreciated that on the intake form they asked questions relating to gender identity and sexual orientation because it shows they care to be an inclusive practice. Everyone was friendly, the office and waiting area were well put together and clean, and the wait time was minimal. Extremely happy I decided to come to this office!
This was my first appointment with Dr. Sarroza and I couldn’t have been happier. She was not only kind and patient, she was transparent and sincere. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got all my questions answered and thorShow moreoughly too! I couldn’t finish my new patient paperwork before I was called in. That’s how short the wait time was. When I made the appointment, I requested whoever was available on my day off. I am sooooooo happy I got placed with Dr. Sarroza. She made me feel like I was her only patient and I had all the time in the world to share my concerns. I immediately scheduled a follow up with her for my yearly exam. I loved the service, dedication and treatment of both Dr. Mehta and Dr. Sarroza when it comes to my pregnancy and delivery. I am a first time Mom and had no idea what the pregnancy process entailed, they never made me feel silly for asking questions that probably should've been common sense and didn't think twice when it came to mine and my child's health. They took no chances! Which I appreciated! They even discontinued my relationship with an outside center that was responsible for my ultrasounds because of the foul treatment that was being provided at that particular center. I can't thank them both enough for my care during pregnancy and for the safe delivery of my baby girl. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!
