First time meeting Joanne Sarroza. Very polite, friendly, professional, very welcoming. I believe I found my new OBGYN.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. I was made to feel very comfortable and listened to.
Dr. Sarroza is great however wait times are long.
Dr. Sorroza was very pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable. I rate her a 5/5. On the other hand, I give the experience leading up to and after a 3/5. I sat in the office from 8:46-9:39 waiting to be seen. In addition, when I made a follow up appointment for another need, I attempted to call several times to get support with a question and was placed on hold repeatedly.
She’s very friendly and patient with her patients. Very polite, Kind & make sure you know everything you need to know about everything that’s going on in your body & baby.

Great Doctor.
Dr Sarroza is great .Front desk nice . The only issue was that she ran about an hour behind schedule . First visit I was seen on time. For my ultrasound I was scheduled first visit of the day , I believe 8 am . The tech didn’t see me until 40 minutes later, which was odd considering that I was the first visit . I would recommend this office but to take into consideration that you might need to wait to be seen for a scheduled appointment.
