Jocelyn Burden

My name is Jocelyn Burden (Joy), and I am a Clinical Mental Health Intern at Liberty University in Lynchburg. I am currently pursuing my Master’s -in -counseling LCPC at Liberty University, where I have developed a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client-centered care. Although I have received a Master of Science in Human Services, from Purdue University Global, my passion for mental health stems from a desire to help individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal goals. I have had the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and families. I have been able to specifically work in many environments dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and many more areas of recovery, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for my clients.
