While I acknowledge the normal fears of surgery, I had a peace and calm knowing Show morethat he had this deal, was going to kill it and that I was going to come out with the best results possible. Dallas Neurosurgical was selected after interviewing five other groups. I made a decision to have cervical fusion after careful consideration. My neurosurgical nurse practitioner Stefani was beyond competent, passionate and gifted. Her knowledge and skillset is top tier. Dr. Michael Desaloms is intellectually curious and technically skilled...he has a true gift. I am beyond grateful to him for changing the quality of my life. I am pain free. Tom P

Dr. Desalom is the best Spine Doctor. I would refer him to anybody that’s having a problem with their back. This man has done two surgeries on my back in different locations and both were successful. I just had the last surgery in June of 2024.

I showed up a few minutes early, updated my info for the new year, got called back right on time and all of the providers here are great. Could not have gone better.
From the initial consult to the post-op Dr. Desaloms runs a top-flight operation (no pun intended). From his long and specialized experience, he had my issue diagnosed in ~15 minutes (confirmed with imaging). There was an urgency in getting the treatment and the whole practice understood this and made things happen. The actual surgery process and facilities were literally the best I’ve experienced - my wife and I commented on it while I was in recovery. 100% recommend.
Dr Desolams made us feel so comfortable when he stopped in before my husband's surgery. He mentioned the "fantastic team" he had that day which was exactly what we prayed for. His entire staff was kind and professional and answered all our questions. Very happy.
The entire entire staff from the receptionist to the Dr. Desalmos were fantastic. They were all attentive, listened to my concerns and provided a path for treatment. I never felt rushed, hurried or as though I was just another patient. I left feeling liked they cared about me as a person and that my health concerns were a priority. Great Job!
My experience has been outstanding at Dallas Neurological & Spine. They truly value their patients. Dr. Desaloms and his team (Stacey, Didi, Jessica, Stefani, and Eve) are phenomenal. On every visit I had, there was no rushing the visit. It has been just over two months since my ALIF spinal fusion and I have had the easiest recovery you could possibly want. Every week that goes by, my husband and I discuss each new improvement and success! I am optimistic in how this will improve my life!

Dr. Michael Desaloms is an amazing surgeon. I have had two procedures done by him, each different than the other, but both major success stories. Very talented surgeon and I recommend him every chance I get.
