Everyone is so friendly and kind. Dr Desaloms just makes you feel very comfortable and he listens to you. Eve always has a minute to answer questions and a smile on her face.
Not only is Dr. Desaloms a great surgeon, but his staff is fantastic! I have never been to a more well run office, they are on top of everything, they answer the phones and return calls promptly!

Best surgeon ever
Dr. Desalomes was recommended by a friend who raves about him, and now I know why. He was very thorough, friendly, and -most importantly- took time to address my concerns while he laid out options for treatment. I didn't feel at all pressured or rushed, which is a miracle in medical care these days. His scheduler, Eve, was a Godsend....really efficient, considerate & great at following up. I am really impressed by the practice!
Dr. Desalomes is an outstanding physician. He is the only physician I trust when it comes to my care. He is knowledgeable and caring in the treatment of back and neck pain. His staff are excellent and super sweet! I just love talking to Eve! There is just no better medical care in all North Texas!
Dallas Neurosurgical was selected after interviewing five other groups. I made a decision to have cervical fusion after careful consideration. My neurosurgical nurse practitioner Stefani was beyond competent, passionate and gifted. Her knowledge and skillset is top tier. Dr. Michael Desaloms is intellectually curious and technically skilled...he has a true gift. I am beyond grateful to him for changing the quality of my life. I am pain free. Tom P

I have worked with Dr. Desaloms in the past in an ICU setting and I can tell you he goes above and beyond for his patients. He actually cares about each and everyone. Dr. Desaloms and his entire staff hit it out of the park, their professionalism and sensitivity to my situation created the sublime of an experience. While I acknowledge the normal fears of surgery, I had a peace and calm knowing that he had this deal, was going to kill it and that I was going to come out with the best results possible.
