Every one that I came in contact with was extremely kind to me. I had been treated so badly previously so I was expecting the worse. Dr. Edwards was kind and compassionate and after an examination and other tests he explained my cShow moreondition which had been previously misdiagnosed. Dr. Edwards drew a picture for me as he explained in layman’s terms my condition. He even called my primary care physician to explain on my behalf. God bless them because I had just been crying in my car prior to my appointment. I had been to urgent care also a hospital and now yet another appointment with no help whatsoever. Thanks for this opportunity.
Support personnel are very kind and supportive in this busy practice. My experience with Dr. Edwards wasn't as supportive. I know he is very experienced and knowledgeable but I don't feel I was heard as I described my symptoms. HeShow more kept asking me the same question, expecting a different answer, I guess. Then, he suggested kegel exercises to a 65 y/o woman, 35 years after my last childbirth.

I was seen at my appointment time and after the nurse took my blood pressure in the examination room, I was promptly examined by Dr. Edwards. This is a friendly and well organized office.
Efficient service provided by support staff-was seen quickly; Nurse who administered test explained procedure clearly. Dr Edwards also provided understandable feedback on the procedure.
