About John Fudickar, PA

Lance Fudickar is a board-certified Physician Assistant and healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in patient-centered urgent care, occupational medicine, and performance-based clinical care. He was Co-Founder and Director of Advanced Practice Clinicians for Premier Health Consultants, where he led clinical quality and provider training across one of Louisiana’s largest urgent care networks. He is Co-Founder of MetFit-Rx, a physician-guided metabolic fitness platform focused on treating obesity, insulin resistance, and cardiometabolic disease through evidence-based medical care, exercise physiology, and lifestyle optimization. Lance earned his Physician Assistant degree from the LSU School of Allied Health Professions in Shreveport and was named Alumni of the Year by the LSU Health Sciences Center Physician Assistant Program in 2013. He is a Fellow of the College of Urgent Care Medicine (FCUCM), and a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist.
