John was very personable, very knowledgeable, and extremely thorough with his evaluation. I was impressed with his ability to clearly communicate with his explanations of why I am experiencing the symptoms I have, test results, prognosis, and a possible treatment even though it would be a time limited treatment. Overall it was an educational, positive experience that will help guide my future treatment decision making.

Dr Ingle conducted a thorough examination, explained his findings and tied them both together in his consultation. I believe that he provided a pathway to understanding and treating my condition which is something that previous appointments with ENTs could not do, although I credit them for their referral to Dr Ingle.

Dr Ingle is one of the best ENT/Laryngologists that I have seen in my life. He is very thorough, kind and compassionate, he takes his time with you. He explains all the findings and gives a detailed plan. I travel 2 and half hours to see Dr Ingle as we do not have anybody of this caliber near where I live.

Main issue was access to building in which office is located. Main entrance requires climbing about 20 steps to get to first floor. As a handicapped couple both with knee problems, it would have been nice if we had been told about handicapped access elevator on opposite side of building from handicap parking spot. Did not find out until leaving building.
