The staff from the front desk to the back patient rooms are delightful. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the urology doctor. It is possible that he is a terrific urologist, but a ‘people person’ he is not. I walked out feeShow moreling as though I had just spoken with someone who didn’t know a lot about women’s issues & I was not sure he cared. Maybe he’s a great guy who just ‘wasn’t on his game’ that day.
Quite casual in his demeanor, and a bit arrogant. Really gave me no more information about my procedure results than I was able to surmise myself from reading ultrasound findings report through PeaceHealth portal. Had better relatShow moreionships with previous BUG doctors. Wasn't able to answer other questions about my kidney health other than there were no stones. (To be fair, perhaps the ultrasound ordered was limited in its scope.)

Staff VERY friendly Dr did not introduce himself & I was very scared about procedure Will go again now that I understand what's involved
Knowledgeable, helpful.
Very pleasurable experience from initial visit, setting up my procedure, procedure being performed and post care. The team there made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Thank you and if I need anything in the future I look forward to visiting this office.
Just met him.
Weirdly unprofessional. The doctor was just going through the motions of monotony. Seemed like he was completely disinterested. Basically just felt like a cash grab of what you want, they have. Sadly I went through the whole process to realize this. Wish I had have gone somewhere else. Hope this helps.

Dr Pettit was very professional, yet personable. He spent time getting to know my history, being a new patient of his.
Good office procedures and medical service. I’m happy!
he explain everything in detail to me as he checking me. The staff is awesome. The nurses are compassionate and understanding. He’s a good doctor.
Dr. Petit explained to me what he saw in the procedure and his suggestions for what is next in a professional manner. He took time explaining it which I appreciated. I definitely would recommend him to others who have prostate or urinary issues .
I has an excellent experience with Dr. Pettit. He listened carefully to my questions and concerns and consideration his response before offering alternatives. He offered alternatives rather than directive solutions and we were able to discuss and agree on a plan rather than hav g a dictated plan. Well done overall. I had a very good experience with him and every person with whom I had contact.
It was good and I wanted to thank you for taking me even though I was late
Very informative,
Very helpful with all the questions I had about my procedure and the care I needed after the procedure.
Dr. Pettit was great, and his staff was friendly. I highly recommend to my friends and relatives.
The results are fantastic. More details along the way would make the experience better. Next time I will ask more questions and slow the process a bit more.
Easy check in, no wait, courteous. First visit and Dr provided me with confidence that I would be taken care of. Staff kind and helpful. Looking forward to working together to get the best possible care.
Very good
I am very happy with everyone who works here
I had a wonderful experience with the doctor and my kidney stone removal plus stent removal. What a wonderful team of people he has that work for him and not to say he's a wonderful doctor himself. And the anesthesiologist was great, handled me with very good care. I would definitely recommend this doctor to whoever needs his help. Sincerely Mr William Roberts
Dr. Pettit is a great listener and provides a good explanation of the issue along with honest advice.
Dr Pettit was so great and we loved his staff. So nice to get some answers and direction.
Very comfortable experience. Knowledgeable and fast.
He is great
I was very happy with the care I received from Dr. Pettit! He is an on time, straight shooter that wants the best outcome possible! He will entertain all questions and answer based on his experiences! Larry
Everything was professional and courteous
Confident in Dr. Pettit's knowledge and experience.
Easy, asked for an adjustment that made all the difference.
I have been treated by other urologists in the past and Dr. Petit ranks at the top for me. The Bellingham facility and staff are great, attentive and professional. My surgical need was also met at their facility, much was very convenient and much more efficient than a hospital setting.
