About Jona Dodd

I provide individual mental health counseling for adults that integrates evidence-based , mindfulness-informed, and values-oriented approaches to support emotional wellbeing and personal growth. My work focuses on helping clients develop effective coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build resilience in the face of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. Therapy sessions are collaborative and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and person-centered counseling, with an emphasis on identifying values, strengthening self-compassion, and fostering balance between thought, emotions, and behavior.
