About Jonathan Boatwright

 

Jonathan Boatwright, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a certified     psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner at Alliance Behavioral Psychiatry, which has locations in Orem and Lehi, Utah. Jonathan focuses on individualized and holistic approaches to treatment for patients 14 years and older. 

Jonathan received his master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University, and certification as a family nurse practitioner. He worked for several years doing family practice, mental health, and addiction medicine with a focus on recovery before furthering his education at the University of Cincinnati where he completed a post-graduate certification in psychiatric-mental health.  

Jonathan specializes in diagnosing and treating a variety of disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, sleep disorders, and ADHD as well as other mental health challenges. Jonathan treats his patients using a combination of medication management, psychotherapy helping patients find healthy coping skills, and other holistic solutions. He is available for in-person and telepsychiatry appointments.. 

Outside of work Jonathan enjoys spending his time outdoors with his family and playing the guitar.
