Whether it is cognitive behavioral techniques to help replace automatic negative thoughts, mindfulness to help foster presence and calm in the current moment, or narrative therapy to help you reshape your life story, I am committed to helping you find the path that will work best for you and your journey. I work with a wide range of age groups, from toddlers to adults, with a wide range of disorders. I also work extensively with trauma and understand the courage it takes to seek help.
