Jon Kletter is a native of Ocala, Florida, and an orthopaedic specialist practicing at Reconstructive Orthopaedics of Central Florida, which has locations in Ocala and The Villages, Florida. He is proud to serve his hometown community.
Dr. Kletter attended the University of Florida in Gainesville and obtained his undergraduate degree in athletic training. After working for a few years, Jon went back to the University of Florida to receive his master’s degree in physician assistant studies. He discovered his passion for helping patients return to their activities, which is why he enjoys working in orthopaedics. He and Dr. Siebuhr have been working together since 2019.
In his spare time outside the office, Jon enjoys spending time with his family and watching college athletics.

Was a good experience with little waiting time. Also, did not feel rushed when with Johnathan. Will definitely go to this practice again.

I broke my femur and no one could get me walking in 15 months. Until I came here, 6 weeks after they did a revision I'm up and walking on a quad cane. Granted I still have work to do but I'm on my feet and I'm very greatful.

Been in excruciating pain with back,no pain medicine that works was prescribed, office didn't do anything for me,only concern was follow up appointment for more money,yet told me there was nothing else they could do for me,why would follow up be necessary I've been to my primary care, chiropractor,and now you with in1week at $100 co-pay each time,yet still suffering.
I am again beyond grateful for Dr. Siebuhr and everyone at Reconstructive Orthopedics of Central Florida. I had a total hip replacement on November 5th, 2025 by Dr. Siebuhr. I am so thankful for the care i received and the excellent surgery. He took very good care of me and now it has been 5 weeks and i am getting stronger and better everyday. Dr. Siebuhr and all his staff were very patient with all my concerns before , during and eveb now after my surgery. All the advice and things he said to expect were spot on. They arranged for home physical therapy for 2 weeks and soon i will be in outpatient therapy. I am now up to walking 2 miles. I was using a cane in 8 days and now am I don't need a cane anymore. I also am now able to drive. As i continue to heal i am so very thankful that i had my hip replaced and so very grateful for Dr. Siebuhr. I no longer need anything for pain. He really cares about each patient and truly wants to help us and he is so skilled at everything he is doing. I was seen by Dr. Kletter for my first post op appointment two weeks after my surgery. Dr. Kletter was very knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, and helpful in letting me know what to do to continue my recovery. On my arrival Michelle took xrays to check my surgery. Riley removed my stiitches and checked my incision. Michelle, Brittany and Kathleen were so helpful with setting up my next appointment and with insurance questions. Everyone in this office is amazing and they really care about each patient. Tony and Amy are also wonderful. I highly recommend Reconstructive Orthopedics of Central Florida!

Dr. Kletter takes his time to listen, and answers your questions. He’s very knowledgeable and shows you your X-rays. Explains what’s happening to your bones, and why. Highly recommend him and his office staff!
Fantastic staff and Dr Kletter is as always informative and very attentive . He has always described possible needs if needed . I wish more medical practices were like this one .
