First class experience from check in to discharge. Everyone was cheerful, professional and competent.
Dr. Pourmorady is great and very good about explaining procedures and results. Scheduling procedures is easy and his staff provides detailed instructions. All around, a positive experience.
Everything went smoothly. However, I was told I would receive confirmation of check in time both a day prior and morning if and did not receive anything. I received an email about 2 weeks prior with day and time. Also, I had to call and track down the prescription for preparation. Noons called me.
Dr. Pourmorady handled both my colonoscopy and endoscopy with great care and professionalism. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Pourmorady solved a long-time problem I was having with diarrhea. Accurately diagnosed the problem and prescribed meds that stopped the diarrhea the day after I started taking the meds.
