Dr. Jonathon Fields, MD

Jon Fields, MD is a graduate of the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and is Board Certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He completed his internship in internal medicine at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and went on to graduate from the University of Iowa Occupational Residency Program. Prior to his medical career, he has over 10 years of experience in engineering roles. In addition to his unique skillset, Dr. Fields has a business background with years of experience in corporate care, facilitating his ability to meet the specific needs of employers and employees. He spent 6 years as a staff physician in Occupational Medicine, servicing patients throughout the Cedar Valley and northern Iowa. He is also a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Medical Examiner and Senior Federal Aviation Medical Examiner. His specific clinical interests include sports medicine and worksite injury prevention.
