I have had a wonderful experience with Jordan Surfus at Oak Haven. She listens carefully to concerns, is not judgemental, and has a practical, yet proactive, approach. Ms. Surfus and her office are very good about communicating with me and my (somewhat difficult) pharmacy. I feel very confident with Ms. Surfus monitoring and treating my diabetes.
Jordan has been very helpful in helping me manage my diabetes. I only wish that she provide written guidance, since I am not very good at remembering verbal recommendations.
