I was called in to begin the procedure within 15-20 minutes after the scheduled time. All the staff were exceedingly professional and welcoming as was Dr. Suros. They invited any questions I had and Dr. Suros reassuringly described each step as he worked. After the brief post procedure observation I left without any obvious effects.
