I am a board-certifed nurse practitioner in psychiatry and family medicine, with more than 22 years of training and experience treatingpatients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan and across practice settings. These gaps in care encouraged Jose to pursue a post graduate degree as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Health Sciences Center (Denver) and a master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner form the University of Northern Colorado (Greeley).
