Joseph Brooks

I am passionate about providing high quality healthcare to underserved populations by meeting the individual where they are. I am a Louisville native, husband, and father of four. I received my training at the University of Louisville as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Before opening my own practice, I spent a decade working in a primary care house calls practice where I fell in love with the relational side of primary care. I strive to listen first, then evaluate and treat each person as the unique individual they are, through evidence-based practice.
