Pinnacle has been my primary healthcare provider since 2002. And I’ve been very pleased. In 2003, I was involved in a near fatal accident, in Simpson County. In 2007, it was discovered (between annual physicals) that my PSA had spShow moreiked. And I was referred to an oncologist. And in June 2020 I was admitted to a hospital in Jackson with double pneumonia and Covid. In 2022, I was referred to a dermatologist, and treated for squamous cell carcinoma.
Mr. Joseph Dykes has always been a very caring person and is actually concerned about patients and their health. My visits are usually a pretty quick in and out. Staff couldn't be any better at their job 👌. I'm so relaxedShow more with my visits every month. They also will actually call you about your lab results like they say! My visits at Pinnacle with Dr joe are always top notch with his service and keeping your medical needs and prescriptions in line and easy as possible for you to remain healthy and happy!

Dr. Dykes and staff are exceptional. From the time I arrive and leave, my visits have been great. Dr. Dykes and staff go beyond to make sure a patient is well taken care of. Dr. Dykes listens and makes sure the patient comes first. His staff is concerned, friendly and hard working. The atmosphere is welcoming.

I've been going to pinnacle medical clinic for over 5 years now, and I always get treated with care and respect, i had an emergency the other day, And did not have an appointment and walked in and they saw me very quickly and dealt with my emergency.i highly recommend seeing Joseph Dykes he always helps me out with anything I need medical attention with
Pinnacle Medical Clinic has always been such an awesome and well knowledgeable group of professionals that will do anything they can to get to the problems of making you feel better in the now and long run. Office visits are usually pretty fast as well as prescription call ins. I couldn't have picked any other clinic to suit all of my diabetic and wellness needs.

Like many of us as we age life can leave us with several health conditions which require careful and consistent evaluation and treatment. At 73 I'm in need of top level of care. Joseph Dykes provides top level care to me every visit. Rarer these days of profit over care, we experience less care and oversight than we deserve. I get the same high level of care from the staff. Front office, to the medical team under Mr. Dykes's leadership. Professional treatment from both it feels great.
I found Mr Joe and Ms Tracylee Dykes through another patient of theirs about 2 years ago. I felt welcomed from the start. The complete staff at pinnacle medical clinic has always gone over and beyond for my every health care need. I just love Dr. Joe and his staff. He listens to you and if you need to see a specialist he doesn't mind sending you. If you wake up and not feeling well and call they will try to get you in if not that day then the next. Everyone is so friendly and always happy. I'm so happy I found Dr. Joe.
