I honestly have never been treated the way that I was at this office I have been working with Dr. Natalie Soldova and she has been beyond anything words can’t even explain she called me to make sure I was OK and checked up on me tShow morehen she called me with my buddy results and spent 25 minutes on the phone going over each and every single laboratory report to make sure I understood what exactly the results meant and what the numbers meant on the scale she went over the definitions of everything on the blood palette report she made recommendations with my diet changes in lifestyle changes that could help me improve some of the numbers that we were going over. When I called she got back to me in a very timely manner never rushed me once and spent her time listening to everything I had to say when I first came to see her she took her time to hear me and never rushed me not once she wanted me to speak and express myself and really sat there and took her time to understand who I was and got to know me better as a human being on soulful level. She made eye contact and I can tell she was very genuine and she spoke to me I’ve never been treated this way in my life by any other doctor that I’ve had in the past I almost felt like I didn’t deserve all this amazing treatment it was beyond anything anybody can expect at even had doctors in the past that I paid cash out-of-pocket for and even then I couldn’t compare the service to the service I received from Dr Soldova. I can go on and on and on but this place is truly an amazing place they took their time the patient they listen and they really wanna understand what works for you and what does not they don’t push anything on you they don’t judge or criticize you they make sure that you’re satisfied and she even made sure that I was happy and even asked me that I couldmI can go on and on and on but this place is truly an amazing place they took their time the patient they listen and they really wanna understand what works for you and what does not they don’t push anything on you they don’t judge or criticize you they make sure that you’re satisfied and she even made sure that I was happy and even asked me to give her a call anytime if I ever had any other questions or concerns that really is amazing I don’t know if she’ll ever see this but she truly deserves everything that one could receive in this profession it makes me sad because it’s very rare that you can come across amazing people like that and I’m sad and even scared to think that one day I may not have her as a primary care doctor because doctors usually move to different offices and end up moving to different areas in their career so I hope and pray that I continue to work with herI brag about her to all of my friends and family because I really felt better just by talking to her. I want to thank her and everybody there who hired this woman to work there as a doctor she is amazing I definitely highly recommend her
Besides being very warm and personable after going over my history and looking to address my concerns during my initial visit to his office, Dr Shajan seems to be more knowledgeable than some of the other internists that aI have sShow moreeen in my.life. I came in just for a basic introductory visit and not a full physical but upon talking with me seemed to have possible answers and way to treat a particular ailment that so far no other type of doctor has been able to figure out. He has given me hope that I might be able to overcome or at least be able to live a little easier with my issue and for that I am extremely grateful. He is quick in his thinking, was very thorough and didn’t rush my visit as he gave me all the necessary time that was needed in order to give the complete office visit that was needed. The office staff were very warm and make you feel very comfortable. They seemed to put more effort and care in doing their specific tasks than many other staffs of other doctor offices that I have seen over the years. The follow through was great on all ends and I would have no hesitation in referring anyone to Dr Shajan’s practice. Its nice to see that there are still doctors who are really in the medical profession to help cure people of their ailments instead of just for the financial rewards.
With his advanced training in primary care and urgent care, Josh Shajan, MD, is the go-to provider for patients and their families in and around Greenwich, Connecticut. He cares for patients at his new private practice, Greenwich Primary Care located in the Cos Cob neighborhood of Greenwich, and serves as the Medical Director of the practice.
After attending Bergen Catholic High School, Dr. Shajan earned admission to an 8-year BS/MBA/MD program, completing his bachelor’s degree at Union College in Schenectady, New York, his Master of Business Administration through Union Graduate College, and then received his Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College in New York in 2012.
Dr. Shajan then completed his residency in internal medicine through the Yale University School of Medicine at Greenwich Hospital in Connecticut.
Since completing residency, Dr. Shajan has provided comprehensive primary and urgent care services continuously in Greenwich. Additionally, he has also previously served as the medical director for a network of New York City-based urgent cares, prior to joining a private practice in Greenwich in 2018. WIth the launch of Greenwich Primary Care, Dr. Shajan continues his tenure of providing high-quality care comprehensive primary and immediate care for numerous Greenwich and surrounding-area residents and their families.
When he’s not busy caring for patients, Dr. Shajan enjoys spending time with his wife Kavya, and their son at their home in Greenwich.

Dr. Shajan is the best! He is an extremely knowledgeable and competent practitioner, but the best part is that he truly cares about his patients. As a medical provider myself, I know how rare it is to find a doctor with all those attributes. Wholeheartedly recommend him.

Always a great experience. Unfortunately we are usually sick or have a wickedv earache in my case. Can't seem to shake it. Hopefully my medication will help.
