Dr. Dittmer has truly changed my life. I am a single mom of 2. I started my road to recovery going to a clinic, they assessed me and put me on methadone. I had taken Percocet before and became addicted. The dosage of methadone wasShow more way higher than I had ever taken compared to my usage. I wrecked 2 cars and broke my back. I was miserable and unavailable (physically, mentally, emotionally...) to be a good mom. I was not a good mom while I was using but I did not get better going to the clinic. By the grace of God, someone told me about Dr. Dittmer. I met with him a couple days later and he truly assessed me. I stopped the methadone for 2 days and it was hard to say the least. I made it. From that day forward I have made tremendous improvement. I am happy, healthy, attentive, productive and back to me. My kids have their mom. My mom has her daughter. I have myself. I have done the work but Dr.Dittmer has made it possible. I am forever grateful and more than appreciative for him. He doesn't shoot the shit, he's straight up, caring but most importantly he's just a good Doctor. Thank you. If anyone does read this and is questionable about it. Stop. Just do it. its always great, no matter how im doing or bad im feeling, he treats me like a normal human being. i am 42, handicapped and on disability, ive been on and off pain meds since i was 18. when i moved dwn to raleigh afew years ago Show morerex pain clinic took me off 120 primelev a month and put me on butrans. rex treated me like a drug addict, didn't listen to me and accused me of lying about my rare genetic bone disease called the brownes curse or Cushing's symephalgism. that was thestart of very bad Drs, now Dr. dittmer he has never treated me like an addict, or mentally retarded, he has helped me out greatly, doing the best he can with my prescriptions for the bad hand ive been dealt. ive never failed a drug test in the last 25 years, n ive never done illicit drugs, i know theres an opioid epidemic, but that doesnt give drs the right to treat patiants like that.

He is a really great Dr. that listens and actually cares. Other Drs are just in it for the money. You can text or call Josh about any issues that come up and gets back to you pretty fast. He is just an amazing person and physician you will ever work with. Just go once and you will see.
