My experience at Pain Specialty Group continues to be outstanding.The office personnel are truly friendly and helpful; it’s pretty clear that they are happy at work. Josh also continues to be remarkably insightful and empathic cliShow morenician. He is so relaxed and commicative. He makes me feel comfortable and feeling that he is focused on what I am saying. I am very happy to be his patient. We work as a problem solving team. So far, I really have nothing but good and positive things to say about my treatment.
I had my follow up appt with Josh and it was fabulous as usual! He is attentive and just really cares, he understands and really listens to his patients and does everything humanly possible, I just know that my quality of life wouShow moreld be unbearable without Josh as well as Doctor Ngo, they both go above and beyond to help in relieving my pain that I feel on a daily basis
Joshua Duggan is a Board Certified Physician Assistant since 2008. Starting with a fascination with genetics, biochemistry and cell biology during his undergraduate years at Stony Brook University in New York, Joshua taught science in high school for several years before enrolling in the advanced level Physician Assistant Program at Touro College in Bayshore, New York, where he earned a Master’s degree.
After a few years practicing as a Physician Assistant in New York, Joshua and his wife found that New Hampshire’s Seacoast had a lot to offer their family and relocated to raise their daughters. He remains excited to serve the Seacoast community by being part of a team that provides excellent medical care, enables him to appropriately diagnose and treat patients, and allows him to educate patients about their health conditions and recommended treatments in a way that is understandable and empowers patients to actively participate in their own care.
Joshua loves doing anything that involves spending time with his wife and three daughters. He has a particular interest in hiking /naturalism, literature, movies, the philosophy of art, the philosophy of religion and the power of narrative in our lives.

Always the best place to go for lasting pain relief. The addition of Dr. Chang is great! I’m glad Dr. Gno has another doctor in the practice. This is the pain clinic hands down. I recommend them to anyone suffering with chronic pain!
