Please be advised, that I find Josh to lesson carefully to my issues, and my concerns, what I find with Josh he comes up with a plan to help me in the needs that im going through, its thought out carefully, discussed in how I loShow moreok at it, and then that plan goes into affect, I find Jose to be caring to the patient needs, his plans appear to me well thought out as we both discuss what needs to be done, im thankful for his assistance and knowing that my care is being handled appropriately and explained that anyone even with no medical background can understand, he's professional but at the same time has a good sence of humor, and that makes me feel comfortable as I do enjoy people that can let go smile, laugh and give that short time being there a very enjoyable meeting, but getting things done at the same time, Respectfully, Yvonnie G. Joshua Duggan is a Board Certified Physician Assistant since 2008. Starting with a fascination with genetics, biochemistry and cell biology during his undergraduate years at Stony Brook University in New York, Joshua taught science in high school for several years before enrolling in the advanced level Physician Assistant Program at Touro College in Bayshore, New York, where he earned a Master’s degree.
After a few years practicing as a Physician Assistant in New York, Joshua and his wife found that New Hampshire’s Seacoast had a lot to offer their family and relocated to raise their daughters. He remains excited to serve the Seacoast community by being part of a team that provides excellent medical care, enables him to appropriately diagnose and treat patients, and allows him to educate patients about their health conditions and recommended treatments in a way that is understandable and empowers patients to actively participate in their own care.
Joshua loves doing anything that involves spending time with his wife and three daughters. He has a particular interest in hiking /naturalism, literature, movies, the philosophy of art, the philosophy of religion and the power of narrative in our lives.

He explained why last visit medicine i was approved for wasn't ready. Hopefully it will be for next visit as Newington office gave me no information. Josh is great.
Josh is an excellent care-giver, listener and works with his patients with genuine care and respect. Every appointment he manages to make you feel like he has all the time you need...when he's with you you're the only patient he's thinking about. I have never seen him in any kind of negative mood. I would give Josh 10 stars. He is a breath of fresh air when dealing with medical people and concerns.
As always, my experience with Josh Duggan was very positive. He is very empathic and eager to solve any problem that I have . I regret having to leave the practice because I am moving out of state at the end of this month. This is the very best experience I have had in twenty years of pain clinics. I highly recommend the Pain Specialty Clinic and Josh Duggan as my provider.

P.A. Josh called me several days after my procedure to check on my condition. I explained that I still had pain from the procedure. He immediately sent two different drugs to help with that pain. I appreciated the quick response. I'll be on golf course in no time.

Excellent appointment! Josh as aways was exceptional. His medical knowledge and skills identifying issues with musculoskeletal system are always on point. My past two visits at the Newmarket office, which is amazing, I had the pleasure of meeting and being seen first by Liam, a medical assistant. Liam impressed me by his desire to continue his education in becoming a PA or a doctor. Josh and Liam make a great team. Both truly care about their patients well being.
Josh is great he is thinking of suggestions such as when was the last MRI, When was the last check of my program for my spinal stimulator. I was having more issues thanks to a shift in my spine causing a change in my mobility. He took the time to explain how things work. He is careful asking where do you think I should go. Overall a positive experience. Thanks to Liam as well for making sure I stayed safe getting on and off the table!

I have been seeing a PA at the Newington office for almost a year, but when I needed my last medcheck and unable to get an appointment at that location due to a schedule conflict, they quickly set me up with Josh Duggan, PA-C at their Newmarket office. I had a great visit with Josh who was well prepared for my visit and was efficient but thorough in addressing every concern that I presented to him. He knows his stuff and was very cordial.
Again I cannot express enough gratitude towards the personal care that joshua gives his patients. Joshua truly cares and most of all really listens to me and respects my concerns in a way that puts him second to none whith my concerns. PAIN SPECIALTY GROUP truly cares for the well-being of its patients.
