Wait time reasonable ,Dr explained in detail My MRI results and his recommendations. Was frank and honest in what the outcome will be like. I will always be thankful.

Dr. Josh Hoffman and staff were outstanding. I would highly recommend Texas spine clinic to anyone that is looking for a honest and thorough exam with your spine conditions.
My apt was for 2:15. Before booking, I specifically asked how long I should expect the visit to take and was told it would be 45 min. I arrived at 2:00pm but waited an entire hour before being called back to an exam room. Once I was in the room, I waited another 20 min before the doctor came in. After my consultation, I was told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes before my treatment could begin. I didn’t leave the clinic until 4:37pm. I felt that my time was not respected.

Was treated very well. Everyone had great costumer service and everything was explained clear and concise to me the entire visit. Facility was very clean. For a first visit it didn't take as long as I thought i would, that's including all the paperwork. They made sure to check on me every few minutes while treating me in case I had any questions, concerns or discomfort. I liked it and look forward to all my future visits! Thank you!
