The intake process was quick and seamless. I have not been feeling well and needed to be seen today. I called the office and was immediately placed on the Telehealth schedule for today. They sent paperwork to be completed online, Show moretook my insured information and my appointment was scheduled 2 hours out. I didn’t have to leave my home or print forms. I really appreciate Mr. Drake and the team and NexCare Wellness Clinic for ensuring I received the care I needed in the timeframe I needed it in.
I went in to provide a service and end up using their services. I was pleased with the cleanliness and the office set-up. The staff was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
