I had questions she didn’t have time to answer. She said she had patients waiting Complained about my back hurting and it’s hurting worse today, but she never said let’s take an x-ray or nothing else and I have scoliosis. I’m a senior citizen and I wanted to check into a medical alert button She didn’t know she would have to ask questions. Any usual? I asked her and she said she thinks I should decrease my medication but go to the heart doctor and find out. Why are you even doctors if you won’t help me I’m gonna find another one.
She’s very attentive to my needs and I appreciate getting an appointments very quickly with her

My annual appointment was not rushed. We discussed all my concerns and Joy advised me and is more than willing to integrate with my oncologist and his findings.

I always enjoy my visit with my PA Joy Tsai. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to my questions. She’s very thorough and makes me feel at ease. My whole experience at Farr Medical Group is very pleasant. I never have to wait very long to be called in and the office is always clean and attractive to the eye.

Ms Joy Tsai, NP is delightful. She actively listens, relates, and works with you. Doesn’t speak over or dictate to you. She feels like a partner in my care not someone who’s just running the show. Young but knowledgeable, and if she doesn’t know the answer she sure knows how to find it! Ten out of ten would recommend!
