My daughter had pain when walking far for many years. With the guidance of pedicare, she was fitted with an arch that takes all the strain off the sole of her foot. The Dr also taught her excercises that help her to create a better posture and healthier carriage
The orthodic doctor knows what he is doing. Healing from a painful bout of posterior tibial tendinitis. The orthodics adjusted beautifully to a good fit and prevents the tendon and ankle pain.
