I have been to 2 other TRT clinics prior to coming to Cutting Edge Testosterone Therapy (CETT). The other 2 clinics were not necessarily bad; however, they did have a car dealership type feeling where if I had a question, it was iShow moref something was being sold to me and my question not answered. When I went to my appointment at CETT I sat with Judy Casey NP for almost 30 minutes where she answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable in her field and is nonjudgmental making it easy to ask questions of which I had a few. Even with my ADD she was very patient. The office is a very relaxed environment, and I was welcomed by Tom Casey when I came in. He as well as Ryan were very kind and encouraging. I am 1 week into my TRT and feel great. I had discussed with Judy chronic shoulder pain and knee pain that I had been experiencing from walking and lifting weights. Nandrolone was recommended for the joint pain, and I went with it along with the testosterone. I can report my knee pain is now nonexistent as well as my shoulder pain. Also, I do not know how much the nandrolone played a part, but my lower back pain is almost gone. The one thing I have learned is a place like CETT can help me a lot, but I have to be willing to put in the work. Such as walking and lifting weights. I have not written a review before this. I felt compelled to being how great an experience I have had so far with CETT. I would and have highly recommended CETT to many people.
Short in time but these guys are great! They get right to the point while paying proper attention to the important details. I was under their care for about 6 months and I had to take a break. I just started a new TRT program yShow moreesterday. Tom and Judi were still just as attentive and grateful as the first time, and now they have Ryan working for them And he fits in the group nicely! Judi is extremely Knowledgeable in regards to her trade and it’s been neat to watch them grow and improve the skills and their space! Give them a call if you’re thinking about addressing your testosterone levels, they will help you without all the headaches and delays some of the other places will give you, all while doing it with pricing that makes sense. Judith Casey, APRN-BC, is the medical director and co-founder of Cutting Edge Testosterone Therapy LLC in Manchester, New Hampshire. In her role as a board-certified nurse practitioner (NP), Judith provides advanced medical solutions to patients, including anti-aging treatments, peptide therapy, and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
Judith earned her Master of Science at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, becoming an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner specializing in adult care at every stage of life.
Upon earning her board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Judith completed a one-year fellowship. She also earned Botox® certification through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She has years of experience as a primary care provider and a transitional care unit specialist.
As an NP who focuses on the unique needs of adults and geriatric patients, Judith understands the importance of hormone optimization. She’s particularly interested in improving and optimizing the health of both men and women through hormone and peptide therapy. She’s an active member of the International Peptide Society.

My experience with Cutting has been great. 1 year into TRT and I have improved on multiple levels. Judi and Tom make the process easy. You can feel better mentally and physically, it’s not subtle, you feel noticeably better overall, more confident. It’s not just TRT my other health markers like cholesterol levels are way better now.
All employees were really friendly. The consultation was thorough and focused on my needs and goals, coupled with excellent recommendations for diet and mental health as well. Meds and supplies were readily available and I was able to start my therapy same day!

Tom and Judy were referred to me by 2 of my co-workers. Judy was super professional and is very knowledgeable in her profession. She makes you feel comfortable and lays it all out for you before you make a decision. I never felt like I was being pushed to buy anything just so they could make a buck. Absolutely top notch care. For years I was brushed off by my VA providers for health issues. I decided to reach out to Judith and her team. I was evaluated and some labs were done, and I had a great consult a week later. After some great conversation and evaluation, I was written a prescription. And I can say 100% that my life changed for the better almost immediately. If you are having issues and aren't making any headway with your normal provider, reach out to Judith and her team.....it will change your life.

I had a hip injury and I've tried everything to fix it. I just started taking BPC157 it's only be three days and the pain in my hip has hurt significantly less then it has. The people here are absolutely friendly and easy to talk too. This is a 5 star all the way
