Judith is the best !!! She listened and is very good at getting you to a place that you can understand what it takes to get you to your best mental health journey for happiness. There isn’t a magic pill for mental health but she will get you to a place that you understand why you are feeling like you do and the meds to sustain your mental health in a positive and life changing way.
